Bob Christie is an Ottawa Valley artist who pursues wood burning
(pyrography) after many years of watercolour and pastel painting, and wire
sculpture. He has exhibited at galleries and studio tours in the Ottawa area for more than 20 years. “What I most enjoy about wood burning is the ability to use my drawing skills to create pieces of sentimental or personal significance that evoke a connection or special meaning for the viewer.”
